Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance through the website or by direct contact. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time with no fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking availability. Please ensure the device and any necessary accessories (chargers, cables, passwords, etc.) are available at the time of service to avoid delays. Most services are completed within the scheduled time, but more complex issues may require additional time or follow-up appointments.
